Terry Donahue Returns to PAC-10 Roots as College Football Analyst
Joins BusterSports.com Team to Provide Insider Perspective and Interact With Fans
 
RALEIGH, NC - May 14, 2009 - Terry Donahue, the winningest coach in PAC-10 and UCLA history, brings his decades of conference expertise to BusterSports.com. He will contribute to multiple shows per week through Internet podcasts hosted by Dave Nathan that will feature guests from around the conference, including active coaches, players and even local sports writers. Shows will cover the upcoming games as well as looking back at the past week’s results and action off the field. Donahue, who posted a winning record against every conference team during his 20 years at UCLA, will also interact with BusterSports.com subscribers, giving fans a rare opportunity to mix it up with a high caliber college sports insider.
 
Donahue says, “Buster Sports is the ideal place for me to share information and talk with the ever-opinionated and passionate PAC-10 fans. From long-standing cross-town rivals UCLA and USC, to the Oregon Ducks, Washington Huskies and Arizona, I hope to provide a fresh take on conference developments week-to-week.” Fans will be able to converse directly with Donahue through chat rooms, message boards and even call-in questions.

About Terry Donahue – Terry Donahue is the former General Manager of the San Francisco 49ers and head coach of the UCLA Bruins for 20 years. Donahue led the Bruins to a record 151 wins, five conference titles, and eight consecutive bowl game victories during his 1976-1995 reign. Coach Donahue was inducted into the Rose Bowl Hall of Fame in 1997 and elected into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2000. Following UCLA, Donahue was the lead college football analyst for CBS Sports for three seasons (1996-1998). In 1999 he become the director of Player Personnel for the San Francisco 49ers and in 2001 promoted to General Manager, a post he held through 2004. Donahue also served as a broadcast analyst for Fox Sports for two years and for two years at NFL Network, providing analysis for NFL and college football broadcasts. He is also a current member of Sports USA Radio Network broadcast team.
